Biography
Winner of Funny Women Awards 2004

“Her routine was a fireproof parade of quick fire observational gags delivered with utter conviction and unfailing professionalism. The audience didn't really have a chance“. Chortle
Zoe came to stand up comedy out of desperation and after many years of being a committed under achiever. After completeing a degree in Psychology, Zoe went on to have some enviable dead end jobs including working on a banana farm in Australia, packing jam and she was a dreadful waitress in some of London's best restaurants, she has spilt sauces down some very famous people!
She later went on to train as an actress at The Poor School where she often got the role of the maid in plays and was told to mime the songs in the musical because according to her music teacher she was beyond help.
In 2003 Zoe did a five minute open spot at a new act night. She got the comedy bug and hasn't looked back since.
In 2004 Zoe won the national Funny Women competition and got to the final of So, You Think Your Funny? She now gigs regularly all over the country and has resident gigs in both Brighton and London.
Zoe is an extremely versatile performer. Her works spans corporate training, radio acting, live TV presenting, and stage sketch shows. She also demonstrated to the nation her ability to laugh in the face of adversity, as a contestant on ITV's 'Survivor!' where she ate a rat and lived to tell the tale and no, rat does not taste like chicken.
